• Please note that Fallripple's essential oils are 2-3 times more pure and concentrated than other brands. While other brands require 3 to 4 drops, you only need 1 to 2 drops of Fallripple's essential oil (1 drop = 0.05 ml).

• If it needs to be in contact with the skin, be sure to add a carrier oil (lotion is also acceptable) and dilute it to 1%

• When taking a bath, add 5 drops to every 40-50 liters of water.
